Bespoke Orders: Bespoke items, including personalised or engraved products, are non-returnable unless faulty. By confirming your bespoke order, you agree to these terms.

6. Warranty and Liability

Warranty: We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all jewellery pieces against manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, mishandling, or repairs made by a third party. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at no extra charge if deemed defective by us.
